个人简介:
陈红梅,必赢电子游戏网站副教授、硕士生导师,长期从事混合信号电路研究与设计工作。2017年博士毕业于中国科学技术大学电路与系统专业,期间到欧洲微电子研究中心进行交流学习。
研究方向:
主要研究方向为集成电路设计,包括模数/数模转换器芯片、传感器调理芯片、低噪声放大器芯片等。主持装发部预研基金项目,参与“十一五”“十二五”装发部预研项目、国家自然科学基金面上项目、重点研发计划子课题等项目,并主持多项横向项目。发表学术论文二十余篇,其中SCI检索六篇。申请发明专利多项,个人已授权三项。
